Metal Rage: Iron Demon, developed by GameHi (Woon-Sang Jung, president) and serviced in Japan by Gameyarou (Murai Shinro, president), will start the open beta service in Japan on the 17th.
Metal Rage, which is being serviced by the Japanese branch of GameHi, Gameyarou, has exceeded the expectation for the close beta test. It recorded maximum of 7,138 concurrent users, and reconnection rate of 89% during the 5-day CBT held from last November 25th.
Based on the experience of servicing Sudden Attack and Dekaron for several years, stable playing environment without server downs or lags, and quick responses to users’ needs through the game homepage and 1:1 inquiries allowed the open beta service to open about a month after the CBT.
GameHi’s business director Jang-Yul Yoon stated, “After getting through with the close beta, we paid attention not only to the perfection of the game but to localization in Japanese market. Starting from the Japanese service, GameHi will be acknowledged as a successful game developer in the global market from 2010.”
