Metal Rage, developed by GameHi and co-serviced by CJ Internet’s game portal, Netmarble, will start its close beta testing in Japan.
The close beta test will run from the 25th to the 29th with 20,000 testers in Japan.
Metal Rage, with the mechanic theme already familiar to Japanese gamers, has been in high expectation by the Japanese market. Metal Rage features 8 unique classes of characters, dynamic action, and strategic team play elements.
With the word of mouth from the users who had hand-on experience with the game at Tokyo Game Show and the location test, and the collaboration with designer of Gundam, Akitaka Mika, there had been more than 70,000 applicants in a week who wished to participate in the CBT.
Yoon-Suk Choi, the director of Game Yarou, stated, “With the playability of Metal Rage and Gameyarou’s management and localization know-how, we will do our best to continue the legacy of success of Sudden Attack.”
